An Apple for the Best Teachers in District 20

Those who help nurture and develop
young minds were delivered top marks during a salute to teachers
presented by City Councilmember Marty Golden.
School District 20
teachers and principals were bestowed the honors at the “Fourth
Annual Teacher of the Year” awards ceremony held at the Bay Ridge
Manor, 476 76th Street.
Joining Golden
in presenting the plaudits were School Board 20 President Marianne
Teta, and Marvin Reiskin, the district representative for the United
Federation of Teachers.
